Grant has been an active member of Sax Bandits for a while now. When we caught wind that he was the owner of a boutique online shop offering saxophone-inspired products we simply had to find out more! Grant shares how Glide Products came about and the inspiration for his designs:
“Glide Products was created to express my passion and love for music. I have run a handbell team for a number of years but before Sax Bandits I hadn’t had the opportunity to play the saxophone (my primary instrument) in a while.
My full time job does not involve music and so I wanted to create an outlet where I could still be musically inspired and show that enthusiasm which music generates. The designs on Glide Products try to represent a reflection of that feeling everyone gets when playing an instrument – fun and joy! Featured instruments include Saxophones, Trumpets, Handbells, Guitars, Bassoons, Piano and Christmas designs as well as other musical ornaments and accessories.”
