It is assumed that your music lessons are an ongoing weekly commitment at a regular time unless agreed otherwise. Our terms are quarterly (not school terms) and students pre-pay for a 3-month enrolment.

Notify your teacher of any absences which may interrupt your ongoing lesson schedule in advance of the term and these lessons will not be included on your invoice. This is ideal if you have a holiday planned during a future term.

If you need to change any lessons during a current term you can use the make-up credit system (limited to 3 cancellations per term) to cancel and reschedule lessons for another time (dependent on teacher availability). Cancelled lessons are not ‘owed’, this simply offers flexibility for cancellations made at shorter notice, for reasons such as illness, work commitments, etc. Any unused make-up credits will expire at the end of each term and cannot be used to book lessons in future terms.
